A Daily Mental Practice That Might Just Work — 4 Comments

  1. Mindfulness meditation works a great deal. However, some players do not see the improvement on a long term yet, but if they put an effort into it, they will see that this is one of the missed link between now and greatness. I also use a tool when doing mindfulness which is a biofeedback tool that shows players when they are in “the zone”. That gives them more courage to accept the mindfulness exercise and immediate feedback.

Would love to know/see a copy of your biofeedback tool to help my students too.

      Thanks

    • I agree..biofeedback is a great tool for anyone. I have personally been practicing mindfulness meditation in my everyday life and have seen amazing results on the tennis court because of it. Anyone wanting to improve their tennis game should consider this simple way to become a better tennis player.
